I could not create new TSO user ID using the below url
http://www.efglobe.com/cgi-bin/mainframe/mainuser?F=IPLINFO
Can you plese help me.

tried one more time on the same link, it created me one Id and got actication mail ... reset the password too.. Thank you..!!
