I have a question that perhaps will not result in response from those responsible for the system for reasons of confidentiality, but I ask anyway.

I just wanted to know, by curiosity, where is your system installed? Is that in Dallas, the United States of America ?

I have what I think is a pretty good guess just from a little fiddling around with URLs. Why don't you try it yourself. Hint: where is the time zone of the z/OS system clock? That will get you started, sort of, but that points to a pretty large range of North America and even parts of South America. It does exclude Dallas, Texas, USA by the way.
